Our approach to managing the Program’s governance and organization is a highly collaborative process requiring interdisciplinary participation. The framework includes a cross-functional team consisting of representatives from WashU IT’s senior leadership, as well as the Program Team, subject matter experts, and stakeholders from schools and departments across the University.
