Train the Trainer

This training program is designed specifically for those who interact with asset data on a detailed level (i.e., Depot, Deskside, etc.) . Under this model, those participating (typically one person per organizational area) will be responsible for disseminating the information to others in their area.

Designed specifically for organizational areas whose assets are managed by WUIT/ITSS. This training gives participants a working knowledge of how to navigate ServiceNow and perform basic functions related to Hardware Asset Management, such as providing updated information on an asset.
