This first phase of the reporting project will focus on standard reports in ServiceNow for phase 1 assets (Servers and End User Computers).
Requirements will be gathered from our stakeholders on what information is needed in reports within these parameters then the reports will be built in partnership with our vendor, Cask.
Training on reporting will be provided.
